SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping/Mailing Address
We can only ship products to the billing address on the credit card unless prior arrangements are made. Please go to the contact us page to send an email or call us if you need your order shipped to a different location.
Shipping Deadlines
Orders received (for in-stock items) will ship within
one (1) business day of receipt and confirmation of payment.
Carriers
We ship all orders by UPS. We
can ship using USPS or FEDEX, upon request. Unless otherwise specified, orders
will be shipped by standard UPS Ground service. Please note that certain
product that is classified HAZMAT or ORMD will not be shipped by air under any
circumstances.
Freight Costs
We will add freight charges to
the customer's invoice for all orders, unless otherwise specifically agreed to
before the order is shipped.
Please contact your Customer Service Professional for details on shipments outside
the 48 Continental States.
Parcel Insurance
We will insure parcels at the
published carrier insurance rate and bill the customer unless otherwise
instructed by the customer in writing. Should the customer choose to self
insure, we have no liability for lost or damaged parcels, once the parcel
leaves any of our warehouses.
International Shipments
Please note that certain
products distributed by us are not available for export. Check with your sales
representative for details.
RETURN POLICY
Customers must obtain a Return
Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise. Certain
Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned
directly to them, so you need to check with us first. We will not accept any
returned merchandise without a valid RA#. To obtain an RA #, call us at 435-590-6383, or email us at info@sneak-a-peek-optics.com. A
customer service representative will give you an RA # that must be clearly
indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.
Return Auth # Required
We will not be obligated to
accept any returns of product submitted more than 45 days after shipment of
such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA #'s have
a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.
Restocking Fees
Non-defective merchandise
returned to us for any reason other than a mis-ship of product will be subject
to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition
and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.
Warranty
We are not a warranty repair station, and therefore MAKE NO
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO ANY MERCHANDISE,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The only warranties provided are provided by
the manufacturer and are as contained in each manufacturer's package. All
requests for warranty information, repairs, and claims should be made directly
to the manufacturer. Please ship all repairs directly to the manufacturer to
avoid delays.
